As a Brit, it makes my heart swell with patriotic fervour. As a taxpayer, I’ll admit I’m a bit worried. The ruling issued by the  International Trade Commission  ( ITC (Berlin: IQ9B.BE - news) on Friday will take effect in late July if  President Barack Obama  does not overrule it. "The Commission has issued a limited exclusion order directed to the infringing products of Motorola and has terminated the investigation," the ITC said in a written decision.
